This course is designed to assist trainees in writing well and giving clear and concise advice.  It provides trainees with simple techniques they can use to make their writing more reader-friendly. It covers the following: Planning Writing paragraphs Writing sentences Tone The course is interactive throughout and also includes a substantial drafting exercise.  There is a Word document to download for the exercise and we recommend using a laptop to ensure you can open it. This course is an interactive scenario. It takes the trainee through a corporate negotiation for the purchase of a company. The trainee plays the role of the purchaser’s solicitor. They work through preparing for, and then conducting, a negotiation with the seller’s solicitor. This session communicates feedback based on the choices that trainees make as they work through the negotiation. It tests attention to detail and strategic approach and also provides tools to help participants prepare for real-life corporate negotiation. The course teaches negotiation strategy and terminology. This Critical Thinking e-learning course is divided into five modules which explore some of the shortcuts that our brains have evolved over millenia in order to conserve energy and time.  It explains where they come from, why the brain likes them, recognises their strengths, and importantly, shows where they are vulnerable to error.
