This practical e-learning course explores how the Equality Act 2010 protects all staff in law firms, and looks at the steps required to ensure equality of opportunity for all.  It also includes the obligation on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. Alongside the statutory requirements it covers the obligations imposed on firms and individuals by the SRA Principles Codes of Conduct.
